Soup cubes, butter and cheese packaging
For the packaging of butter and soft cheese, excellent grease resistance of the barrier paper is particularly important. As these product groups are usually packaged in fold wraps made from non-recyclable composite films, this grease resistance must be guaranteed not only on the paper surface but also on the paper edges.
Sustainable packaging for soup cubes, butter & cheese
Our thinbarrier® products have excellent grease resistance over the surface and edges due to a high fiber refinement and high barrier layers.
In addition, a high water vapor barrier can also be set via the surface coating for moisture-sensitive products. Our coatings also have excellent heat-sealing properties.
This makes our PFAS-free, recyclable barrier papers the ideal choice - both for fold wraps and for sealed bags of fatty foods such as butter and soft cheese, as well as for soup and yeast cubes.
