Our barrier laboratory is equipped with the latest analysis devices
We have set up an extensive analysis infrastructure in our laboratories for structured product development and for classifying the most important physical and chemical properties of our barrier papers. Our team measures barriers against water vapor, oxygen and grease, determines the rheological properties of our coatings and analyzes the CEPI recyclability of the products.
Our laboratories are air-conditioned and equipped with a wide range of state-of-the-art measuring instruments. We measure MVTR, OTR, KIT, Cobb, deadfold, palm oil resistance, surface energy, dynamic viscosities, fiber yield, coars and fine reject as well as numerous other parameters.
Every measurement is transferred to our AI-supported digitization platform "DELARIS" (DELSCI artificial intelligence system) This extensive wealth of data - combined with delfort's production data and enriched by valuable customer feedback - makes us the preferred development partner for many customers.
